Join us for an escape to Reflect, Release and Renew In tropical paradise for a transformative and healing retreat experience.
Together we’ll engage in relaxing movement yoga, pranayama breathwork and Guided Yoga Nidra meditations to work on self right in the heart of Castries, St. Lucia.
The morning practices will take you through every movement needed to expand your awareness and set the day into motion. Our days will combined experiences so you can be able to explore and enjoy the island like a local, feast on the native organic food & settle into the journey with an experience of a lifetime.
The evening practices will include time on the beach and at our retreat space, grounding in your practice to digest the day. An experience you don’t want to miss.
Every retreat on the island will be unique to our group, transportation to and from the airport, food, drinks & activities are all included. You will have plenty of flex time to explore and shop at the local markets. The beach experiences and tropical rainforest are sacred & a must!
